Dear friends,we are glad to announce that on September 18–19, 2010 in the beautiful city of Kyiv (Ukraine) the Third Annual International Debate Tournament KYIV OPEN will take place, held by All-Ukrainian Youth NGO “Debate Academy”.


  If wars are born in the minds of humans, they have to invent how to preserve peace.   The tournament is devoted to the topic of peace and
