Ex-Yugoslavia Debate Conference Wraps Up in Ljubljana
Sponsored by the European Community and implemented by Za in Proti along with partners from the former Yugoslavia, the four day event "Ex-Yugoslavia Debate Conference," ended on Sunday in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
