Every year in February  for the past 25  years the Society Advocating More and Better Argumentation (SAMBA) selects at least one institution of higher learning that participates in competitive debate for its "Program of the Year" Award. This year SAMBA selected two winners:  Monmouth University and Cape Cod Community College. Monmouth was cited for its outstanding performance
