Singapore Wins IPPF 2010 4-3 and Takes Home $10,000

On Saturday afternoon at New York University the finals of the Bickel & Brewer International Public Policy Forum took place. Henry Clay High School of Kentucky was affirmtive against the Ministry of Education team from Singapore. The debate was on the topic that the UN should substantially incresse humanitarian assistance to reduce poverty.
